Extra days will be charged at the rate of $30.00 each day, and all overweight bins will be charged $95.00/Tonne.

NOTE: We do not accept Asbestos and materials containing Asbestos. If your load contains asbestos or materials containing Asbestos you will be charged for the removal of the asbestos along with the fine the city and transfer station issues.

For concrete, rocks, soil and sod:

5 cubic yards (10′ L x 7.5′ H x 2′ W) — 1 week rental for $300 (unlimited weight)
7 cubic yards (12′ L x 7.5′ H x 2′ W) — 1 week rental for $400 (unlimited weight)

For drywall material:

5 cubic yards (10′ L x 7.5′ H x 2′ W) — 1-3 day rental for $180 + tipping fee (unlimited weight)
12 cubic yards (12′ L x 7.5′ H x 4′ W) — 1-3 day rental for $200 + tipping fee (unlimited weight)
16 cubic yards (12′ L x 7.5′ H x 5′ W) — 1-3 day rental for $200 + tipping fee (unlimited weight)

For green waste, grass clippings, bushes, and trees:

12 cubic yards (12′ L x 7.5′ H x 4′ W) — 1-3 day rental for $180 + tipping fee (unlimited weight)
16 cubic yards (12′ L x 7.5′ H x 5′ W) — 1-3 day rental for $180 + tipping fee (unlimited weight)
20 cubic yards (12′ L x 7.5′ H x 6′ W) — 1-3 day rental for $180 + tipping fee (unlimited weight)

General guidelines:

  • We cannot accept televisions, computers, general electronics, paints, asbestos, or hazardous chemicals.
  • As per the city of Vancouver, tipping fee for green waste is $50/100kg. Tipping fee for drywall/gyprock is $150/1,000kg.
  • Please do not mix soil, dirt, gravel and other Earth aggregates along with general garbage. These must be separated into a “rock box” roll off bin.
  • Please do not mix concrete along with general garbage. Doing so will weigh down the bin and will make the bin overweight. Once again, concrete items such as bricks, rocks, concrete with rebar and other general concrete items must be separated into a concrete specific roll off bin.
